Overview Production Process
Your sketches, reference images, or full tech pack are translated into precise CAD patterns by engineers with 10+ years of bag design experience. 3D renderings let you visualize proportions, pocket placement, and hardware positioning before physical cutting begins. We identify potential construction issues at this stage — saving time and material waste.

Based on your design requirements and budget, we present material options with physical swatches. 500+ fabrics in our library — from full-grain leather to GRS-certified recycled PET. Every material batch is tested for tensile strength, colorfastness, and chemical compliance before entering production. Custom material development available for unique specifications.

A physical sample is crafted using your selected materials and hardware — this is where your design becomes tangible. First prototypes ship within 7 days. We photograph every angle and provide a detailed inspection report. Structural adjustments, material swaps, and hardware changes are iterated until every detail is right.

The gold-seal pre-production sample is built using production tooling and final materials — this is the exact item your customers will receive. You approve it before mass production begins. We also produce a pre-production quality plan detailing inspection points, acceptable quality limits, and testing protocols for your specific bag design.
