Branding & Finishing

SURFACE TREATMENT

Every touchpoint communicates your brand. Spraying, printing, stamping, embossing — all done in-house under one quality system, not outsourced to separate finishers.

Surface Treatment Ways

1. Spraying Color

Spray painting equipment for bag surface treatment

Spraying Equipment

Our spraying workshop is equipped with HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) spray guns and automated robotic spray booths. HVLP technology achieves 65%+ transfer efficiency — meaning more paint lands on your bag, less is wasted as overspray. Temperature and humidity-controlled booths ensure consistent curing regardless of season or weather conditions.

Color

We provide Pantone color matching with spectrophotometer verification. Custom colors are mixed in our in-house paint lab — no waiting for external suppliers. Metallic, matte, gloss, and pearlescent finishes available. Minimum delta-E color difference under 1.5 across production batches ensures your brand color stays consistent from first unit to last.

Coating Thickness

Coating thickness is precisely controlled between 15–40 microns depending on material and finish requirements. Digital coating thickness gauges verify consistency at 5 measurement points per panel. Underspray causes uneven color — overspray causes cracking. Our QC team maintains ±5 micron tolerance across every sprayed surface.

2. Printing Process

01

Screen Printing

Thick ink deposits create vibrant, opaque prints that pop on canvas, nylon, and cotton. Our automatic flatbed presses handle up to 6 colors with micro-registration. Water-based and plastisol inks available — we'll recommend based on your fabric type and durability requirements.

Heat Transfer & Digital Printing

Dye-sublimation bonds color at the molecular level for permanent, wash-proof results on polyester. Digital direct-to-film (DTF) prints provide photo-quality detail on any fabric. Unlimited colors, gradients, and photographic reproduction — ideal for complex brand artwork.

3. Hot Stamping

Hot stamping uses heated metal dies to permanently bond metallic or pigment foil to your bag's surface under controlled pressure. Available in gold, silver, rose gold, copper, holographic, and matte pigment foils — each creating a premium, reflective finish that signals quality before the customer touches the bag.

Our custom brass and magnesium dies are CNC-machined from your artwork files. Die temperature, pressure, and dwell time are calibrated per material — leather requires different parameters than PU, which differs from coated canvas. This material-specific approach prevents scorching, incomplete transfer, or foil adhesion failure.

For brands wanting dimensional branding, we combine hot stamping with debossing: the foil is stamped into a recessed die impression, creating a tactile, multi-sensory brand mark that customers can see and feel.
